I’m Steve Woodman, Director and owner of S. Woodman Security Ltd. I’m extremely proud to be running my own electronic security installation and maintenance business after more than 25 years in the industry, diligently serving clients across north Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

We’re just a small team, however our strength lies not in numbers but skills, knowledge and experience. On a large project we have well-vetted and trusted sub-contractors we can call in to assist.

I personally have full certified training in ECS Health & Safety (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme); IPAF (The International Powered Access Federation); PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association); and Asbestos Awareness. We have also completed countless sessions of product and manufacturer training from leading providers such as Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy, Bosch, Avigilon, HIK Vision CCTV, Pyronix and Dahua CCTV.

Most significantly the company has achieved Constructionline Gold Member accreditation, which means we are pre-approved and pre-qualified to tender for major security equipment installation projects, demonstrating a high level of professional and health and safety standards, and accountability.
